Plastic filter

UDI Plastic filters advantages:

UDI filters are made of technical plastic which can be used in a wide range of applications. Securing your installation and used as prefilter or afterfilter on valvesets. Simplicity, durability and a minimal maintenance are key with these filters. Collected particles in the stainless steel element are easily discharged and the elements are easy to clean.

    - Flow directions of the stainless steel elements are from the inside out.

    - With a discfilter element flow direction is from outside in.

The discfilter element is composed of single plastic ring which are easy to clean. Simply unscrew the element which is holding the discs. The discs can be cleaned by holding the discs under running water. The discs are grooved and the grooves cross eachother which provides a deep filtration of organic dirt. This set of UDI plastic filters consists of 4 models with a standard 130 micron filter element. RVS screens are also in other perforations upon request, also upon request large quantities with sharp discounts and short delivery time.

Applications:

The UDI plastic filters are often used as security component of an installation. Also used as pre-filter at waterinlet, re-use of circulationwater, back-up filter or pre-filter for valvesets.
